And here comes the new Wordpress 2.1. It is a little bit strange how often they started spurting new releases, but it is not bad. From the changelog can be seen that quite a lot of stuff has been done. A little better theme for the admin panel, and i still don’t like it. Some things has shifted places. The database structure has been changed here and there, and this maybe will force me to do a clean install at a later date. But that is the life. Those who are on the bleeding edge have headaches. It looks like there is also a bulgarian version which can be found HERE. It is not perfectly packed though. In reality it is just a WordPress added bulgarian translation. It would be much more easier only the mo file to be provided. But enough is enough. Happy new wp and translation.

There is a reason a prepackaged Bulgarian version to be distributed. There are both some big files (like readme), which wouldn’t sit suitably in gettext and there are some error messages, which are possibly thrown before the gettext machine had been loaded. Also, for many users it is easier to install a different Bulgarian package than to change locales and upload other files.
