A belorussian citizen has achived a new record for high alchohol in his blood. According to the medical tests done his blood score was 11,17 promils. Considering that the deadly dose equals 5,5 he has barely survived. I wonder when this will be made in a guiness reccord. It definitely will be strange to look people trying to deliberately kill themselves in attempt to break a record.
